  WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.

  Sorry, this should have been for majoritysayz.com

  We’re trying to make an app for it and have read about plugins to do so but do not see that majoritysayz.com can have plugins.

  It can’t. That’s a wordpress.COM blog, not a WordPress.ORG blog those cannot have plugins.
