I canceled the iPage account that I used to host my custom wordpress account. I would like to upgrade my wordpress account. Does my website still exist or will I need to recreate it? The URL was didgodactuallysay.com

You would want to follow up with your prior web host to see if they still have a copy of your site.
WordPress.com is different than the self-hosted version of WordPress:
