Does my site fall within the boundaries of the Terms of Service?

I’m a WP newbie so please forgive such a basic a request. I was wondering if someone (it would be lovely if it were a Happiness Engineer) could look at my site – specifically at how it is structured with the navigation/pages/portfolio items – and tell me if it violates the Terms of Service in any way.

None of the links on my site generates affiliate revenue (I do not get click through compensation) however they are meant to show people where they can purchase the sheet music in my portfolio. Also, none of the images on my site a linked to anything (other than opening the image in a new tab to be viewed at full scale) so you needn’t check that.

One more thing: I printed out the Terms of Service this morning and didn’t see any mention of the rules regarding affiliates or advertising. I have found pages on support that outline some generalities but nothing in official “legalese.” If there is something more concrete, could someone please point me toward it so that I may review it and be sure I don’t make a mistake in the future? (I already did with the image link no-no, because it’s not in the ToS but I have since corrected that on my site.)

Thanks for any help you can give.

Your current site is in no danger of violating our terms of service.

Here are the rules about affiliate marking

    You are in good shape!

Thanks oodles for verifying my site! I was just concerned that I might be in violation of the first rule on the page you linked:

“Sites whose primary purpose is to drive traffic to affiliate storefronts, rather than creating original content, will be banned as spam.”

Although that’s not really the intent of my site, I was concerned it might be viewed that way.

Thanks for letting me know my site is okay! :)
