Does my site have a virus? (Warning: Newbie)

  I’m new to WordPress so I don’t really know the terminology, forgive me. I’m helping someone run their website and my only job is to regularly upload a new youtube video on the header. Recently, however, the page where I edit the code to embed the new video and change the description, is just filled with a bunch of gobbledygook (I have a screenshot) and my antivirus pops up saying the “blocked” something. What is your advice?
