Does not appear to be working with my sites

I have just accessed the link from your email as my package is about to renew. It takes me into a non functioning profile with my site title The Writers Newsletter. There is nothing in the account settings that indicate I have paid anything in the past. And no active stats. I know I paid to be able to add advertising to my site last year, but wonder if there is a duplicate account somewhere. Confused and irritated.

The site, thewritersnewsletter.online, is a self-hosted WordPress site with 1and1.com. There are no WordPress.com upgrades for that site, as WordPress.com upgrades cannot be bought for self-hosted WordPress sites.
That site was connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin, but you deleted that connection when you closed your account after posting this thread.
