DOES NOT PROCESS PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL AND DEBIT CARD

  I am trying to upgrade but after being redirected to Paypal and/or Debit Card (GCash), it returns to WP checkout and nothing happens. GCash advises me that they have deducted the amount and reversed the transaction. WP’s lookout I think.

  I can see the attempted charges on your account, and it shows the card was declined. We have no other details on this. Please contact your bank directly to find out why they declined the charges.
