  I am had my domain directed towards godaddy and got everything set up but they are saying that the IP address did not change even though when I log in you can see it changed. They gentlemen who is taking care of this says that wordpress needs to do a zone refresh to see if that will work so I can get my website up and running again

  Your name servers are properly directing to GoDaddy, but there is no zone destination directing them a specific hosting account.

  I recommend double-checking the name servers with GoDaddy.

  If a zone record does need to be added, it’s added at the destination that the domain is directed to (GoDaddy), not us.

  It looks like you want to use your custom domain name registered here with a blog at Godaddy – have you double checked the Godaddy name servers
