Does Premium apply to all "sites" in an account?

I have three “sites” on my WordPress free account. If I upgrade to Premium, will I be able to access the additional features on all three of those “sites”? The advertisement for Premium suggests only one, because it uses the singular form of the word/term “blog”. Nick

To purchase upgrades for any blog you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog. Then you can access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Store > My Upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

Timethief, your response does not appear to address the question I posed – Specifically relating to “sites”. I have three “sites” in my account, which suggests I have three separate blogs (???). I would likely not upgrade if it did not apply to all three. If I upgrade my account, it stands to reason the features would apply to all of the account and not just a portion thereof. I want clarity, not more ‘standard verbage’ which is not clear.

I was crystal clear. Upgrades do not apply to username accounts. Each upgrade applies only to a single blog for a single year when it is due for renewal.
