Does premium give you all the premium themes for free

  WordPress is very vague on this. Some themes cost lots of money; around 80 dollars. If I get premium, can I select those themes for free, or do I have to pay for premium + the price of the theme?

  It’s not vague when you look here http://store.wordpress.com/plans/ It states that no premium themes are included in the Premium bundle and they are available for individual purchase.

  You can also pay a flat yearly rate for unlimited premium themes for your blog. http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/unlimited-themes/

  I have self hosted and I am fully aware of all financial realities involved there with regard to paying for both themes and for hosting. I think the $99. is generous, so I guess this is all a matter of perspective.
