Does Premium include the individual services that I currently pay for?

  If I upgrade to Premium will that include the services that I currently pay for, or is the $99 in addition?

  Howdy!

  Yes, the Premium plan includes each of those services. You would no longer need to pay for those individually if you had the Premium plan. (Unless you wanted to purchase multiple domains for your site. The premium plan includes one domain.)
