Does Premium Status Apply To More Than One Blog?

  I have two WordPress blogs. If I upgrade to premium status, will that apply to both blogs or only one of them? Would I need to pay twice to have both blogs upgraded?

  All upgrades are per blog –

  if you want to upgrade two different blogs you will need to buy upgrades for each blog
