Does Pro upgrade allow paypal other than donations?

  I am working on trying to get invoice payment for my clients to my wordpress.com blog. Since I can only use Donations with the free blog, and I need a Pay Now option, if I do the Pro upgrade for $17 a year, will I be able to use other paypal options?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No it does not. Free hosted WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for ecommerce transactions. Only WordPress.org installs can be fully equiped for ecommerce.
