Does Pro upgrade cover multiple blogs?

  If I upgrade to Pro (maybe with a bundle, maybe not) will the benefits cover multiple blogs? For example, if I write ShoesNews.wordpress.com and GrassIsGreener.wordpress.com will I be able to post video on both, have 5gb of storage on both, etc? If so, is there a cap on how many blogs are covered under one upgrade?

  Or, do I have to upgrade each blog?

  All upgrades are Per Blog per year.

  I don’t know if you could play a video on one blog that is uploaded on another blog.
