  Does Publicize have the same TOS as WordPress?

  I don’t think you are understanding either the publishing rights you give WordPress OR how Publicize works.

  Publicize takes the link to your posts, plus in some cases an image and a text snippet and pastes them on other platforms. Each platform will have different terms of service and rights agreements and it’s up to you to learn them.

  When you make a post on WordPress.com you’ve allowed it to publish your content on your blog and basically nowhere else.
