Does purching a domian name through pro mean I will have a website too?

  Please forgive my lack of knowledge on this. I am wanting to upgrade to pro but I m not sure what excatly having a donain name means. Does it mean I will have an actual website too? I.e., http://www.happenchancelife.com. I would like to have a website were I can display and sell my photos and other items.
