Does Spearhead theme supports RTL layout?

  I was looking for a theme to specifically preview audio content and i found this clean Spearhead theme.

  I want to know if this theme is supporting right to left layout.

  If not, then how to apply this purpose?

  Yes, spearhead supports RTL layout.
  You can configure this by setting a language that uses the RTL direction for your site in the general setting > language section.
