Does Studiopress themes work on custom design?

    Hi,

    I’m looking to add custom designs from http://www.studiopress.com but wanted to make sure of one thing before upgrading my account, would it work or not?

    I tried to find out through the help on wordpress but couldn’t find a clear answer.

    It might be simple, I just need to know. Thank you.

    It will not work.

    NO external themes, from any source whatsoever, can be added to a WP.com blog. You can choose from the premium themes available via your dashboard and buy them, or you can choose one of the free ones there, or you can choose any theme on your dashboard, learn CSS, purchase the CSS upgrade, and edit the look of the blog, but you cannot add external themes.
