Does Support have a phone number?

I’ve been trying to get Support to help my friend find out what her username is. I invited her to join my blog, so last Monday she tried to create an account with her username and pw. She tried several times without success. She followed the guidelines for username and pw. After giving up, Support gave her a confirmed pw, but apparently did not assign her the username she originally requested. So now, she cannot log in because she does not know what her username is. I cannot reinvite her, because it only allows one invite per email address. We tried for 3 days to get Support to tell her what username they assigned her and we have received no replies yet. So, is there a phone number we can call?

No, they do not provide telephone assistance.
When you contact support, provide as much detail about the problem as you can. Then wait.Was the username she requested already in use?
We mightl hope another volunteer will have some other information…

Thanks for replying. No, the username is not being used. She’s tried different variations, and the error always comes back saying “only lowercase letters and numbers allowed”, which she is doing. Her username is 5 lowercase letters and one number at the end. She is not a computer novice, and she understands the process.
I’ve provided the same details (in 3 emails) to Support giving them my friend’s preferred username, her email and what happened. She is getting really frustrated with this and I’m sure it’s a simple matter for them to fix if they would just email her back, at least tell her they are working on it. She is supposed to help me admin this blog, and we cannot go forward until she gets access.

You mean my blog account? That’s the one I’m trying to invite her to join. We are starting a new blog and the account is http://theskincarerevolution.wordpress.com. I started the account and want to assign her to be a 2nd admin but she has to join WP first and that’s where she had her problems with username and pw. Can’t somebody in Support tell me what other usernames (other than me) are signed up for this blog? She is the only person I’ve invited.

Only your account is added to that blog.
We’ve responded to your tickets asking that your friend contact us directly from the address she’s trying to register. We can help her get logged in and then you should be able to add her via her registered email address in the User section of your blog.
I can’t find any ticket history on her contacting us directly so far.
