Does support still exist? Have Creator 24/7 support – no response in 2 days
Site has a critical error and cannot access plugin settings to troubleshoot. Website is somewhat functional, but several features are broken. Have tried the AI bot 20-30 times, no help. “Live” chat window gets no response.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yeah, I am running into the same issue and have Creator. I figured it was due to mass requests. The bonus is that my audience is asking if I will be writing a new post – surprise I can’t! Anyway, look forward to someone helping me at some point.

There is indeed a fatal error appearing on the site.
The logs show it’s coming from the Eduma theme.
This may be a knock-on from other plugins but it’s a module of theme that is appearing in the logs.
We could switch the theme for you to another theme but this would obviously mean the look of the site would change. Either way, it would be worth reaching out to your theme maker for advice on this too.

Needed urgent help for site with Entrepreneur plan. Escalated the issue 3 days ago. No solutions yet! Is the WordPress Support still exist? It was not like this a month ago. They were prompt and proactive. Very sad situation.
