Does the $99 premium package include videopress for multisite?

  I have a multi-site wordpress install on a separate host and want to use videopress (and possibly other features of jepack). Do I have to pay $99 for every site or just for the multisite install?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
