Does the basic address still work after domain mapping?

  I am intending map my own domain name, but since I have cards printed out with my standard wordpress address, I want to verify that people who type in that address will still get routed to the newly renamed site. I am assuming the answer is yes, but haven’t seen it spelled out in the help topics.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  yes the old address will work – people will be sent seamlessly to the new address for the domain mapping – you will have have two address that will work – the new custom domain one and the old original one
