Does the "Comment Blacklist" apply to feedback?

    I have a bunch of filters setup in the “Comment Blacklist” under “Discussion” in the admin area but it looks like things that are on the blacklist still get past if someone submits feedback through a feedback form.

    Is there anyway to prevent certain emails/ip addresses from submitting feedback?
