Does the Custom Design upgrade apply to one of my blogs or all of my blogs?

  I have one account and two blogs running now (and hope to add more). If I purchase the Custom Design upgrade, will I be able to change the looks of all my blogs? Or do I need to purchase the upgrade for each of my blogs individually?

  The Custom Design upgrade only applies to the blog that it is purchased under.
