  If I buy a domain here for 26$, does it come with a free template? and I can customize this template?

  Hi there. If you buy a domain that’s all you get. You still have access to all the free themes on WordPress.com, but if you want a premium theme you’ll need to buy it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/

  If you want the ability to customize a theme using CSS, you’ll need to buy the Premium plan which includes the Custom Design upgrade.
