Does the 'new post' tab work?

  Do others have issues with the ‘new post’ tab? Is there an issue with it? I just now used it for the first time. I usually use the ‘press’ feature. But this time, after spending precious time preparing a draft post via the ‘new post’ tab, I lost it all. The ‘save’ just hung. It hung a long time, so I figured that perhaps it went through and just some element in the page was caught and causing the hang. Lo and behold, there was no draft of that post saved. What the…?

  Thanks. I see there is another discussion about it. I don’t know what else useful I might learn and so I’ll leave this alone for now. You fairly covered it. It’s on WordPress’s end and they’ll get around to it. In the meantime, I can use ‘press’.

  Hi there,

  It looks like we had a glitch in one of the updates which was causing issues with the publishing process. We have fixed it now and you shouldn’t have any problems with it now.
