does the premium account renewal also pay for renewing the domain?

  If I purchase a premium account for $99 a year and register a new domain with WordPress, when that renews the next year and I am automatically charged, does that also renew my domain or do I have to renew that separately?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, a year of domain registration is included with WordPress.com Premium. This is true for the initial purchase and every subsequent renewal of WordPress.com Premium.

  Thanks for the response! Also, if I purchase a premium account for $99 a year with WordPress and connect/map an existing domain from GoDaddy using that bundle, when that renews per year, do I also have to pay the $13 for mapping/connecting the domain separately each year?

  Domain mapping is included in the $ 99.- package.

  However if your domain name is registered with Godaddy you can’t transfer the domain name to WordPress.COM as they are not set up to accept incoming domain name transfers

  Either domain mapping or a domain registration is included with WordPress.com Premium.
