Does the premium package include domain name & mapping & privacy?

does premium upgrade include both a new domain name and mapping of an existing one?
Also – does it include keeping personal details out of the public domain registry?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Register your very own domain name, or use a domain you already registered.Note that private domain registration does not appear to be included but it is available here for an additional $8.00 per year.
Adding a domain is a paid upgrade:
Registering a domain through WordPress.com starts at $18.00 per domain, per year (see below for a detailed price list)
Domain owners are required to share their contact information. The $8.00 Private Registration upgrade will protect your identity and hide your contact information.

hold on a second, if it says custom domain included, how can it be an extra cost? I am considering getting the pro package but if there are play on words and hidden costs, then it would be better to just get an hosting account.

A custom domain is included in the upgrade, PRIVACY for the domain registration is extra.

I’m not sure if this is the box to respond in…but I’ve just ordered the package and it does include privacy but not mapping in a second domain – that is extra. Thanks for your help. The info on the website is a bit confusing, hence my original question – it’s only by ordering that I found out the answer!

I’ve just gone through the domain registration process with WordPress Premium myself to test, and I can confirm that the bundle does include the domain registration, privacy, and mapping, at no extra cost.
If you want to add a second domain, this will obviously be charged as normal.
I’ve flagged this up to the Store team in addition, to review the text on the relevant page to make it clearer.
