Does the template Photographer only support one portfolio page category?

  Does the template Photographer only support one portfolio page category? I’d like to create a parent page called “Portfolios”, then 4 sub-pages under that called, “Children, Photojournalism, Healthcare, and Food. Under theme options, I only see a place to choose one category for a portfolio page. I’m confused — please help! THanks, Diane
