Does this plug-in exist?

Hello everybody!!!
I have a blog of translated lyrics into spanish, and people who comes in can answer for any lyric they want. It would be very useful for me a plugin than allow people to write the artist and song title they want, and that it store the list of questions. Like, for example, a little box in one of the sidebars.
People come and leave their petitions in the comment form, and it’s very laborious to me to search in their text which is the specific request.I’m searching for some type of plugin that allow people write this, and only this. Limit their extension of text, so it could be seen in the main page like a list.

in wp.com, plugins are not allowed. one solution is to tell your readers that you only want requests in the name of the song and the artist only, which you can put in the sidebar.

As Sulz said, the kind of widget you want doesn’t exist on WP.com. But one thing you could do is to add the search widget to your sidebar. That’s not going to let people select song title and artist, but it would let them search for keywords in your posts. If you select good categories (say “Chasing Cars” and “Snow Patrol”), it might work the same way when someone enters them to search.
You could also do the same thing with your categories, make sure you name every song by title and artist, and then select the category widget. It could be a long category list, though (unless you use a dropdown), and you’d have to maintain it…
