Does upgrading allow me to tag comments?

  I want to know if the Premium or Business upgrades will allow me to tag comments (that other people post to my site) and some other functionality specific to my site (which I do on a volunteer basis – no money made, not a business, but I am trying to make it more useful for my community of users). I would really like a few more details on what is possible before I pay for either upgrade – which I would like to do, but do not know which to purchased based on the generic descriptions available (would like my specific questions answered). Thanks.

  No, there is no upgrade that allows you to do this.

  Literally each upgrade applies only exactly to what it says. If it does not say X, it does not do X.
