Does upgrading plan allow customization for all linked websites?

  Does upgrading WordPress plan from free to paid version to one website allow me to make design customization for all other linked websites on the same account? or I have to upgrade each websites’ plan ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Plans are per-site on WordPress.com, so you’ll need a plan for every site where you want Premium features.
