Does upgrading to premium still cost €80 if I'm already paying for a domain?

I’m considering upgrading to premium and just wondered how the cost works out considering that I am already paying WP for a domain hosting.
Secondly, I got the impression recently that hiding your name as a site owner (as I am currently doing) is seen negatively by the online community. Since I have no real reason for doing this and it also costs, would there be a downside in revealing my identity?

You should be offered a discount to $79 since you already own your domain. Can you let me know if this is the case?

Are you referring to the private registration, which is the additional $8 charge on your domain? I’m not aware of whether or not this is frowned upon within the online community. It’s mainly just a way of hiding your information from marketers, spammers, etc. You can read a bit more about this here:
If you decide you no longer want this on your domain, I’m happy to refund that portion of the purchase and remove it!
