Does WIX transfer include web hosting?

Hello,
I am currently considering switching my Wix website to WordPress.
I was looking at the business plan upgrade and didn’t notice a mention of website hosting? I ask because I’ve tried locating a WIX transfer video on youtube and they all say I need to pay for a 3rd party to transfer everything over and find a host site. I was hoping to get some clarity on this
Also is there any way I could match Wix’s current rate at $250/year?

You can indeed migrate your site from Wix over to WordPress.com, and hosting with WordPress.com is absolutely free. You would have to select a new theme from WordPress.com because themes from Wix cannot be imported, but the process is straightforward.
