Does Word Press have a Customer Service Number?

    I was charged for a domain subscription, but when I come to this site I can’t find my domain? It looks as though it was never purchased but I am still being charged? How do I access it? The domain that is.

    Hey there, we don’t have a call center, but you did reach us.

    My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not. If you’re not sure what that is, you can also use wpchrg.com to securely look up the charge, and once you have that you can contact billing.

    If not, please update us here to let us know the domain name.
