Do you mean this? http://www.hippychick.net.au/ — it looks like an org website so you’ll want to head over here: http://wordpress.org/support/ and the details of the community are here: http://wordpress.org/about/

There is live chat tech support available from staff during business hours in North America (which ended an hour ago) for people with the $299 bundle of upgrades. Otherwise, we’re it.

Before we can help, we need to know the URL of the blog you are talking about. Which one is it?

    Hi Tracey
I did all of that a fortnight ago and linked it into my main dashboard.
It was appearing down the bottom of the free wordpress.com blogs and I could access it there.
Now its just dropped off somewhere into the ethers for no reason whatsoever.
Wordpress.org only have support forums too from what I can see, no actual support desk, which is what this requires.
The whole system has wiped the blog altogether – there one minute, gone the next.
I appreciate you trying to help.

By the way, even when I log in using the hosted blog admin login page, it takes me straight to the free blog page, which (as I said) used have the hosted blog at the bottom, and now doesn’t.
    EXTREMELY frustrating.

Sounds like you’re talking about a WordPress.org blog after all, which means you can ask your web host about it or do a search of the forums over there. This question has been covered there multiple times.

Were you using the JetPack Plugin on http://www.hippychick.net.au/ ?

Was it set up to feed stats to your blog here?

    Did you disconnect JetPack somehow?

http://www.hippychick.net.au/ – does have some fixed IP addressing probably from the setup time.

That’s the problem – the url has disappeared off the list of blogs.
    Its
    http://www.hippychick.net.au/

Its a hosted blog that I uploaded wordpress.org themes into and it was showing at the bottom of my wordpress.com dashboard as a linked blog.

Then just disappeared completely for absolutely no reason and I now can’t login into it now even using my wp-admin user name and password.

Doing this takes me straight to the dashboard for the free wordpress.com blogs, where it no longer is showing down the bottom.

    It’s just gone.

No, didn’t disconnect jet pack but I think I am going to have to go back to the host and do a reinstall and see if that works

    Hi there,

Are you referring to WordPress admin –> Dashboard –> My Blogs?

If so, first double-check that it was not accidentally marked as hidden and that you are viewing “all” linked blogs.

Next login to your WordPress admin for your self-hosted site. Then go to Plugins and be sure that Jetpack is activated. Then go to Jetpack and hover over the status area.

    It will look like this:

Disconnect Jetpack. Then reconnect using your WordPress.com credentials.

These steps will refresh your site connection between Jetpack and WordPress.com.
