Does wordpress even have a support system? or customer service?
-
I have emailed numerous times over the past 2 years to NO RESPONSE. I am really turned off by this total rejection of custom service. I now have someone who is plagiarizing my blog content is there a way to avoid this. Oh and please I would appreciate a response to my other questions.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

PS – I see two other threads that you ask questions in, you were given help in both of them. Click on the “member” under your name to find the threads

Yes, WordPress has a support system. No, email is not the right way to contact it.
When you have an issue, do a search of the Support documents for related terms, like “plagiarism.” Read the answers there. If you do not see any answers that relate, start a new thread.
In this case, we need to know the URL of your post which was plagiarized as well as the URL of the post which plagiarizes it, both starting with http.

I am just incredibly frustrated as I have had this blog for about two years but struggle to get my posts to even turn up on google searches. Recipes I have posted 2 years ago are now showing up first on google search with my full content, that is bizzare.
I really wish wordpress helped bloggers who spend so much time on our blogs, with some help in generating readers and getting the content to appear on the web. Like I don’t understand how my posts are not showing up on google even from two years ago.
The plagiarized page is: http://afghankitchenrecipes.blogspot.com/2013/02/nergis-kebab.html
(This person is basically doing a full copy of my blog)
and my post is: http://mykabulkitchen.wordpress.com/2012/04/16/afghan-nergis-kabob/Please let me know what can be done, thank you both for your replies I appreciate it.

Well, those kinds of services (SEO and Google wrangling) are the kinds of services you can expect to pay for: $100 an hour and up. Otherwise, it’s up to you to learn how to do it and execute it.
As for the plagiarism, that’s also something you can hire people (lawyers) to take on, or you can do it yourself. This will help: http://manolofood.com/whine-journalism-and-how-to-bring-the-splashback/

I assume that Blogger still has the report content page for filing a DMCA against their blogs, sorry can’t remember the link, Google should find it for you.
But Blogger likes thieves, I have filed multiple take down notices against the same site / Post and they let the blogger change just a little bit and the stolen stuff comes back up – and that whole site is full of stolen stuff
So keep an eye on the site for your stuff to come back with a few words changed
