  Hi, there isn’t a phone support offered on WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/#phone-support

  You are able to have WordPress.com staff respond to an issue which you can explain in a thread on this forum by adding the “modlook” tag though: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

  There is rarely any support issue posted here that has not been asked and answered previously. Will you please explain what your issue is? That way when Staff responds to this thread there will be no delay in getting specific support.
