Does WordPress have a support team?

I need help I’ve been unable to get via the public forums. Does WordPress have a support team I can contact?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
Of course, it has a dedicated Support Team like any service provider. Apart from that, WordPress has an awesome voluntary and community-based service which strives to support the members as much as possible.
What seems to be the issue?

Thanks for responding. I accidentally deleted a post, which turns out never to have been posted (I thought it had been), so it was just a draft, and is not in my Trash. It was a substantial, important post, and I would dearly like to have it back if possible. Does WordPress have some sort of archive from which it might be rescued — or is there some other way I can pursue getting it back?
thanks! -
Items within your trash folders can be restored or permanently deleted within 30 days of their original trashing.
I feel sorry for you if the post you want to recover is not in the “Trash” folder.
There is no other way to restore it.

Thanks, Akumarjain. If all else fails, I may just have to do what I can to recreate the post from 3 months ago.

May I add a formal response please?
The Admin login link to the dashboard of that site is
http://brajeshfriedberg.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
The saved draft posts are found at
http://brajeshfriedberg.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=draft&post_type=postThe saved draft pages are found at
http://brajeshfriedberg.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=draft&post_type=pageStaff are working on improving post and page revisions. The most recent 25 revisions are available for posts and pages.
If you cannot restore from your browser, or locate a revision, or restore from Trash then the content has been lost and cannot be recovered.re: recovering a lost post or page
You ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needed.

Thanks so much, Timethief, for all that good information. Two questions:
1) Would “Revisions” include revisions of a post even if it evidently stayed in draft form, never was published, and then was accidentally deleted?
2) The link you provided for getting to post revisions took me to a page telling me to go too “Post Settings,” then follow a process. How do I get to “Post Settings”?
thanks again! -
re: 1) The answer is no because deleted posts will not be found in post revisions. Provided they are not permanently deleted and 30 days has not expired you can restore them from Trash.

You can access your site’s settings by clicking on My Site → Settings
I am not clear about what you mean by post settings. Perhaps the interface has been changed yet again. All of your non-deleted posts will be here

Thanks, Timethief, for your efforts to help. Alas, I’ve concluded that the post is gone, evidently permanently deleted by error and not to be retrieved. I’ll just do what I can to recreate it, since it was substantial and included material I still would want my blog readers to have.
Thanks again, to you and to the others who tried to help,
