Does WordPress have an actual sales person and technical department?

  Hi. Does WordPress have an actual person I can talk with, like a sales person, regarding opening a new account? How about a technical department? By ‘talk’ I mean verbal, and by ‘WordPress’ I mean person who works for WordPress?
