If the blog you are talking about is http://dailyentrysweepstakes.wordpress.com , then I think you are going to find yourself in violation of the terms of service here as everything on your blog is meant to drive traffic to third-party sites. Not allowed here. Most likely the blog will be archived or suspended for a violation of the TOS.
WordPress.COM does not offer email with domain upgrades, but you can use google mx email which will make it look like things are coming from and to your new domain name.
-
I have it on the domain http://www.dailyentrysweepstakes.com/ There is a problem with this? Can you tell me now, I would rather not loose my work later down the road.

The domain mapping upgrade does not relax any of the TOS, advertising or affiliate marketing restrictions here. All it does is map the blog here to your domain name. Your blog is still hosted here and is still under the same TOS.
The only way you can have all that get-rich-quick stuff is to self-host a blog on a third-party hosting service such as godaddy etc. Figure an average cost of around $10 to $25 per month.
If I were you, I would get all that stuff off there immediately and then think about going self-hosted.
-
The no-ads thing has nothing to do with what you are doing. What it does is to take the advertising that wordpress.COM will occasionally show on your blog to help pay for this service off of your blog.
-
F OFF HATER! you cannot tell me I cannot blog about sweepstakes. I am not doing anything illegal. If I am. Refund my money now!!!!!!
-
Excuse me but apparently you cannot read well. Section 2 bullet 5 of the TOS states that wordpress.COM blogs cannot be used to drive traffic to third party sites. Your “blog” posts contain links only. There is no unique original content in them. The entire “blog” is designed to be a splog.
http://en.wordpress.com/tos/Aside from that you did not read what the domain and domain mapping upgrade entries state:
Before Upgrading
The Domain Mapping Upgrade does not enable the permission to use advertising, any kind of prohibited code, or upload additional themes and plugins. With the upgrade, your blog will still be hosted here at WordPress.com, which means that you will not have FTP access to your files and must still abide by our Terms of Service accordingly. -
To answer the original question, WordPress.com doesn’t provide any email hosting but you can setup email through a third party provider.
Here’s an example of how to setup with Google Apps:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/#using-google-apps-for-domainsIf you have a different email provider, you can use the Edit DNS option to add MX records from that provider:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/For the Terms of Service question, those are reviewed on a case by case basis through support and if there is a problem with your blog you can get in touch with support staff through this contact form about your case:

I have just started my website, 1 day ago. That is my sweepstakes section. I will have other sections, faq, sweepstakes tools, opinons of best ways to enter etc. I have to build the blog, it doesn’t just build it’s self.
I need an answer on this please, I am sorry for lashing out, but I did not like the remarks from somebody that oviously that cannot make the call, and to work on something all day then hear someone say “it might be bad you might loose your work and get archived” “will it?” “it might i basically can’t tell you im just trying to rustle your feathers”
I am making this blog for a client. I do not want to build them this blog, have them work on it to later have it shut down. They will not know what to do. Please can you tell me if this will be ok or not.

This is a peer support forum and your rudeness isn’t commensurate with professional behavior.
Yes indeed if your client has a high traffic blog like TechCrunch and can prove it then they can apply for and pay for VIP hosting if they are accepted into the program. http://vip.wordpress.com/
Alternatively your client can apply to wordpress.com to enter for the Ad Control program (generally 25,000 pageviews/month or more) and has appropriate content, and is approved for program participation then Staff
turn on AdSense for their blog and split the resulting revenues 50/50 with wordpress.com. -
I have put in a request here. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
Thankyou, issue closed.

I have reported the blog for a violation of the Terms of Service. I probably wouldn’t have done this if you hadn’t been such an ass.
Welcome to WordPress.com.

Respect to timethief for keeping your cool, respect to raincoaster for doing something. Because @dailyentrysweepstakes, what is completely inacceptable is lashing out in the rudest way at peers at a peer support forum which have been providing you with everything you need for comments and comments.
