Does WordPress offer a payment per view program for a writers blogs?

  I would like to take part in the WordPress pay per view program for WordPress blogs. I am a buzz with ideas and if I can be paid when a blog is viewed that would be ideal.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
