Does WordPress Premium Allows HTML editing

  I am planning to upgrade to WordPress Premium for one of my blogs and I want to know if I can edit the HTML for the Header / Footer and other theme pages in addition to the CSS editing – Would the WordPress Theme Editor be available on the Premium WordPress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  no upgrade lets you edit the html

  also note that the footer credits can not be eliminated or the wording changed

  you can change the style of things with the CSS upgrade (included in the $99 package)
