Does wordpress premium come with a lead capture system?

  Is there a way to get people to enter their emails through wordpress premium to capture and create database?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  A similar option that we provide on WordPress.com would be to add the Follow Blog widget. This would allow people to sign up to receive email notifications every time you publish a post.
