Does wordpress premium include hosting and domain name?

  Does wordpress premium include hosting and domain name? becuase its only written about domain. Nothig about hosting is mentioned

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, WordPress.com is a host so all plans (including the free one) offers hosting. All paid plans come with a domain credit that can be used to register a custom domain too: https://wordpress.com/pricing
