Does WordPress put up ads for me; once I pay wordpress? Ads that if people click on them or look at

Dear WordPress I apologise for my last communique. But, now I am wondering? If I pay wordpress for my site: What does it mean when WordPress says that you will monetize my site? Will I have to put up ads myself? Or will WordPress put up ads that I get paid for? I am asking if WordPress; once I pay: Do you put up ads that I; if people click on or look at; do I get paid? And does wordpress put up those ads for me? Thank You: Michael Wall

The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains that have enough traffic to qualify for acceptance into the plan.
