Does WordPress recognize RGB encoding?
-
I tend to paste raw html into WordPress and then do the fine adjustments in WordPress itself. The tool I use to generate the html generates things like background-color: rgb(191, 191, 191) but WordPress just ignores it, preferring background-color: #cfcfcf.
Am I doing something wrong or can WordPress be persuaded to accept the rgb version as well as the hexadecimal version?

That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. We provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM. As that site is not hosted here by WordPress.COM, our support docs do not relate to it, and we cannot provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
