DOES WordPress support Dynamic pricing options/build-to-order?

  IF i wanted to give my customers the option to select between three box sizes. small: 3 items, medium:6 etc the products they fill the boxes with have different prices and (potentially add-ons) so the box price would accrue according to the items in said box.

  Hey James, Are you looking for a product with multiple variants? something like this page.

  If you are looking for that you need to have the pro version of wordpress.com where you can access woocommerce.

  As for build-to-order. You can utilize the pre-order feature https://woocommerce.com/document/pre-orders/ . Let me know if this is what you wanted.

  Unfortunately, there is no free trial period. But you can get a refund if you cancel within 14 days of subscription(minus the domain cost if 96 hours have passed after registering the domain).
