Does WordPress Use Bots To Boost Its User's Self Esteem?

I get this alot. Someone who looks like they would have no interest in my site, likes one of my posts literal seconds after I post.
Coincidence?
My suspicion was aroused further when I was making a test site and posted something with no content, just a title and featured image to test. I got a like seconds after posting nothing. Does WordPress have bots that go around and pat me on the back to keep me on their site?
Don’t get me wrong, I like WordPress but I want to know whether human beings are liking my posts or not.
