Does WordPress.com allow emaillists?

Does wordpress.com allow folks to have emaillists. If so, which company do you folks accept for emaillists? Also how would I install an emaillist application on my blog?

Hi there. It’s not possible to use third-party mailing lists with a WordPress.com site, no. You can always add a link on your blog that goes to a sign-up page for whichever mailing service you use and have readers sign up that way, but then you also have to manually send out a link to every new post you publish.
Rather encourage your readers to sign up for the email notifications already included in WordPress.com. You can’t use it to send your own emails out to readers, but it will notify them every time you publish a new post. https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#change-your-email-settings

May I ask for more context on your question? Why do you need an email list and how do you plan to use it to reach your blogging goals?
