Does wordpress.com have a forum creation feature?

  I was hoping to add forums to my blog. Does wordpress.com have a forum creation feature? wasn’t able to find it.

  No, it doesn’t. All you can do is set up a forum elsewhere and put it in your sidebar, either in a text widget or in the blogroll.
